b. A Portfolio of up to 20 unframed original works or prints (you must supply your own stand). Two (2) Portfolio lists and prices must be submitted at Receiving.

c. Up to 20 packages of cards valued at least $10.

d. Artisans are entitled to exhibit the equivalent amount.

2. E-mail or post mail the following data for the Exhibit Labels as soon as possible. Deadline is Thursday, July 14.

a. Title of Work

b. Artist’s Name

3. Thursday, July 21, when you bring in your art, each must have Receiving Labels attached to the back. These are included with this letter. Your art MUST be wired or otherwise ready to hang and framed appropriately.

4. Also on this date, when you bring in your Portfolio, we require two (2) Lists with a Title and Price for each work.

5. Ensure your artist statement is up-to-date. Bring any new statements to Receiving and we will add them to the notebook on display.

6. Volunteer! Let us know if you can any of the following:

b. Bring any extra tables, walls table or floor easels, fans or lights on Thursday.

c. Bring finger food for the reception prior to 4 pm on Friday.

 NEW FOR 2011:

1. We will open one hour earlier, at 9 am, on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Artists will not hang their own work The “Hanging” Committee has their plan and will do the hanging.

3. At the Reception, our Flower Ladies (by popular demand) will have prepared four of their amazing flower arrangements to be auctioned off during the Reception. Lynn Soule will be our auctioneer.

4. We will encourage artists to socialize IN the exhibit hall rather than at the selling table. Too much chatter and too many artists at the entrance make the work of selling more difficult.

5. Volunteers will be needed to write up sales, greet visitors, sell raffle tickets and encourage donations. All actual sales   transactions will be handled by a cashier.

6. We will NOT continue serving food and drink beyond the Reception on Friday.

7. The area used for the food and drink at the reception will convert into our Demonstration area and artist hang-out area.

8. The price of the raffle tickets will increase slightly to $3.00 each, 2 for $5.00. A painted Adirondack chair by our featured artist, Paula Bradley will be raffled.
